We're hiring a full-time Personal Trainer to coach clients in person at our facility in Santo Domingo. You'll deliver individualized training within the PARC Method — Assess, Restore, Execute, Recover, Progress — for executives, athletes, and long-term health builders. One methodology, adapted to each person.
Location & work mode
Full-time, on-site role at our Santo Domingo facility. You'll coach clients in person with consistent weekly availability. Team collaboration, case review, and ongoing development are part of how we work. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
What you'll do
- Deliver one-on-one and small-group personal training with individualized programming
- Conduct and contribute to client assessments (movement, health, lifestyle, performance)
- Coach training, nutrition, and recovery as an integrated system
- Document progress, communicate clearly, and support reassessment and refinement
Who we are looking for
- A certified personal trainer (CPT or equivalent) with real experience in strength and performance coaching
- Someone with strong technical skills and attention to detail — exercise selection, progression, movement quality
- Someone who thinks in systems and structure — individualizes because context matters
- A clear communicator; professional, reliable, and present on the floor
- Fluent in Spanish and English
